DAServer Toolkit Development Licensing – 
The DAServer Toolkit components and files are used to develop a custom DAServer.  The Toolkit and this development process is paper licensed and use must    comply with the Invensys EULA.

• Требуется лицензия (фактически на любой софт WW) для запуска DA Server. Это лицензия юридическая, а не физическая

And any DAServer created with the DAServer Toolkit requires a license for an Invensys consumer of IO to legally run the DAServer.  Examples of licenses that can be used for this purpose are:  

InTouch Runtime without IO, DAServer, InTouch Runtime with IO, Historian Server which includes the IOServer license feature line, IDAS for Historian; or if in a System Platform environment, a node with a Platform such as an AOS node or InTouch for System Platform client. (the Platform is an extension of the Galaxy which is licensed for IO).
